These terms and conditions and privacy policy is valid for any course and course purchase from www.anatomytalk.co.uk.
By registering on a course by filling out the registration form, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Your payment is non-refundable, unless the course(s) are cancelled by AnatomyTalk or King’s College London.

Should you be unable to attend on the booked days, your payment can be transferred to future course(s) without extra payment or fees, subject to availability.  Please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. Please note, due to circumstances beyond AnatomyTalk’s control, teachers, content and timings may vary. Also due to circumstances beyond AnatomyTalk’s control (force majeure), AnatomyTalk reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule the event if necessary. In the event of such a re-schedule course fees will be transferred to the new date.

You understand the prerequisite for the course(s) is a qualification in Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology, and agree to work in the field of health/wellbeing/fitness/medicine or am currently studying for such.

You agree and accept that you will be attending the AnatomyTalk Dissecting Room Course(s) at King’s College London at your own free will, wish, risk and liability as a Professional Development Course (CPD) as part of your profession.

At courses at King's College London Dissecting Room, you understand and accept that you must comply with the Human Tissue Act 2004 regulations and that the Dissecting Room staff reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone not adhering to these regulations (https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2004/30/contents).

You understand and accept that it is my own responsibility to ensure that you am are free from any condition which would affect your capability to undertake the chosen course, and that you have the aptitude to cope with an intensive course of study.
If you have any special needs, you must let us know in good time before the course to give us time to assist you.

When attending a course at King's College London Dissecting Room, you understand and accept the following for your own health and safety, that:

    • you must wear sturdy, closed shoes, long trousers and a long sleeved top
    • when present in the Dissecting Rooms, you must wear an anatomist coat and plastic gloves
    • any eating or drinking in the Dissecting Rooms are prohibited (this includes chewing gum)
    • you am fit and healthy, and not pregnant
    • you can not wear contact lenses in the Dissecting Rooms
    • you must remove anatomist coat and dispose of plastic gloves as instructed along with washing my hands upon leaving the Dissecting Rooms
    • you must follow any instructions given by AnatomyTalk or King’s College London staff during the course
    • you are not at any time allowed to take any photos or video neither in the Dissecting Rooms or the Gordon Museum of Pathology; and agree to act and behave respectfully and with integrity in the Dissecting Rooms and the Gordon Museum of Pathology as well as with the learning gained

AnatomyTalk will process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To consider the suitability of your registration for the course(s) to which you have registered
  • To communicate effectively with you by post, email, phone or other electronic media
  • To notify you of our decision on your application and send you invoices
  • To provide you with information about the course(s) for which you have applied
  • To provide you with information relating to the city of London and King’s College London
  • To comply with any relevant statutory obligations.

Your data will only be shared with King’s College London Dissecting Room to enable you to

attend the course(s).

We will retain the personal data collected during the registration process for 5 years after the course(s).  We do this so we can respond to any queries you have about your registration or studies, qualifications, CPD points or student experience.

Your data will not at any time be used for marketing purposes.
